Photography found me during one of the hardest seasons of my life. In the wake of grief, I transitioned my life to the outdoors - moving from one campsite to the next, watching light change across the mountains, sitting in the forest, walking beside a creek. And simply being still. What started as a way to cope slowly became something more: nature offered me not just tranquility, but a quiet sense of wonderment and clarity I hadn't expected to find. That journey is the heart of everything I create today. Whether I'm photographing the landscapes of Colorado or a wedding, I'm chasing the same feeling - a moment of connection worth holding onto.
